At least the headache has mostly gone away. I'm left now with only a mild-to-moderate nausea, some minor muscle aches (oddly, not the muscles I exercised most heavily yesterday), and a general sense of impending doom.
...wait, I was wrong about the headache.
Had a hell of a time sleeping last night. The bedroom was oppressively hot, and a fan can only do so much. (I'm thinking about getting a bucket full of ice and setting it in front of the fan, and seeing how that works as a cooling mechanism.) So I woke up several times and had to go back out into the living room, which was pleasantly cool due to the sliding door being left open. (The screen door was shut, though, to minimize bug entry.) Despite my leaving my door open, however, the coolth of the living room somehow still failed to pervade my bedroom. I very nearly moved into the living room to sleep, except that I dislike sleeping on the recliner, the couch inexplicably makes me itch (I still think it's infested with something), and I would have had to reset my alarm clock when I moved it out there - and at that point I would have been awake enough that it would have made more sense to just get up anyway.
Anyway. I'm pretty sure the headache, nausea, etc. are directly related to my inability to sleep well last night. Hopefully they'll sort themselves out at some point.
I have a counseling session in... a little less than an hour now. (Memo to self: which means I have to leave in no more than 45 minutes.) Hopefully the counselor will have found a psychiatrist who accepts my health plan. I still haven't found a doctor who will see me before August, which is frustrating, and I admit that with everything that went on last week I really haven't been trying very hard. I also need to look into signing up for art classes, which I also don't really want to do.
Oh well.
