I'm taking the day off from work - call it a mental health day.

Despite getting a full eight hours of sleep, I'm not rested - I slept horribly last night. I also can't sleep anymore - either my body won't let me, or I keep thinking too much.

I should figure out what I'm going to do with the day.

Go to a local forest and take a long walk and see autumn? Bring a thermos of hot chocolate, and some fruit.

I would, except:

- I pretty much live in a forest, so there wouldn't really be much difference;
- it's really freaking wet out; and
- I have neither thermos, nor hot chocolate, nor fruit.

But otherwise it's a good suggestion.

Go to a local parking lot, take a short jog, and see very little? Grab some convenience store coffee and a pack of Little Debbies. ;)
