Alex arrived this weekend, and we spent a good weekend together before his mother had to go home and the work/day-care week started. (No photos yet, but I'll have some soon.) I seriously think he's grown three inches since January.
Had a massive bout of self-doubt this morning, but I think that was mostly due to having left Alex at day care; by the time I got to the office, it had faded almost entirely. Most of it was second-guessing myself, too, so I think I just need to learn to follow through on what's done and deal with the consequences as they come.
And now, silliness.

ildrinn; the tool lives here. Note that the webpage it asks you to go to (a livejournal.com page) has consistently locked up Mozilla, but works fine in IE.

FYI: Harry Potter 3 is probably not good for Alex-aged kids -- aside from the potentially scary bits, there's a lot of "Just Talking" that wouldn't amuse a wee one. Shrek 2, on the other hand, seemed to hold attention pretty well.
If you happen to be wondering. O;>

Date: 2004-06-14 11:51 am (UTC)Yah, I know. ;) I've seen both; although he loves Chamber of Secrets, I don't think he'd deal well with Prisoner of Azkaban. When he's older, and it's on DVD, yes. ^_^ Shrek 2, OTOH, he'd get a kick out of - but right now I don't have the budget to take him. :
