Feel the burn

So I bought a two-year membership to Merritt Athletic Center Club today. I find that I have a hard time exercising when I'm at home - there's so much other stuff to do around the house that I tend to do that rather than exercise - but when I go somewhere for the specific purpose of doing something, I tend to do it, so I'm planning on making Merritt a regular stop on my way home from work. At least that way I know I'll do the workout.
Also, I've been ramping down (read: cutting off) my caffeine consumption again, and it actually seems to be working this time. After I run out of my current stock of Caffeine-Free Diet Pepsi (end of the week at work, and yesterday, really, at home) I'm going to stop drinking anything but water and see how that works out.
I suspect that what I posted about my health earlier (today? last night?) may have been the wrong way to put it; rather than say that I'm a few points out of whack, I should say that for all that I'm overweight (and boy, am I overweight; see above), I'm really in remarkably good health - to the point where my doctor literally attributed everything to my weight. Which I think is pretty cool.
So. Exercise. Water. Diet. Discipline. I ought to be able to beat this thing.
EDIT: Also got my DNA Lounge swag today: a T-shirt (green on black) and a logo button which has been placed on my iBook satchel. No, I've never been there, but it sounds reasonably cool, and I plan to go the next time I'm in San Francisco.
The T-shirt is a little small, but it's something to shrink into, I figure. Fitting into my DNA Lounge T-shirt is now one of my weight-loss goals.
