Razk, Impudite Knight of Death, Demon of Dropping Connection.
Word-attunement: Razk can use his infernal resonance on Internet connections; as long as he can "observe" the actions of his target - in a chat room, for instance - he can sap its connecting power. This works precisely the same as his normal resonance - he must charm and then drain the connection as if it were a human, although it gets no resistance - but for that the target's connection speed drops by 10% of its original total times the CD of the second roll. If the speed drops to 0, the connection is severed (necessitating a redial or a reboot), and Razk gains 1 Essence. (He may only gain 1 Essence per day per target; multiple connections by one person count as a single target.)
