edgI'm starting to think that deviantArt is operating on a dial-up connection right at the moment.
I had a chat with SJ last night that clarified a lot of things in my mind regarding the ORC license. It's not quite as limited as it seems; there are limits, but they focus mostly on avoiding even the appearance of being a computer game, which is explicitly disallowed. With that in mind, I may start work on one of my own. Not sure I have a place to host it, but hey. ^_^;;
Discovered this morning that a) the volume on my alarm clock had been turned down, which was why I wasn't waking up on time, and b) the alarm had been set to "radio" rather than "buzzer", so I woke up to low static and wondered briefly who the hell was in the shower at 4:45 AM. Managed to get out the door by 6 despite some setbacks.
Hopefully this throat cold will be gone by the time my singing lesson rolls around tomorrow.
