Work again, work again, jiggety jig...
Oct. 4th, 2004 07:05 amWhy do I have the feeling that before the week is over, at least half of my friendslist will be completely absorbed in Shadow Hearts: Covenant [127k image]? (Link courtesy of

Lost track of time last night and stayed up way too late. Not that I'm arguing;
fadethecat's game was fun, and I did say I wanted to keep playing, and I think the discussion afterward was productive. On the other hand, I think we still need a name for the world, if only so I have something to call it...
Anyway, despite having stayed up way too late last night, I'm relatively awake at the moment, although it was touch-and-go for a while before I got into the shower.
(No, not like that. Jeez.)
The only part of last night's dreams that I remember involved reminding
drydem that my sword wasn't sharp; the edge was dulled specifically so I could take it to Earlham. I have no context, only that one brief moment. Which reminds me that I should rescue said sword from behind a cabinet (it was on top of the cabinet so Alex couldn't get to it, and fell behind the cabinet when I bumped into it accidentally), and actually put it somewhere.
I've been having a weird feeling of misplacement at work lately. Not the standard I Hate My Job stuff, which, frankly, I really don't all that much; this is a much more nebulous I Should Be Doing Something Else. Just thought I'd mention it.
I need to remember to take the fan out of the upstairs bathroom window tonight; it's unconscionably chilly up there in the mornings nowadays. (The fact that I get up at 4:30 AM may also have something to do with this.)
