...the more I think about Hakim, my Adventure! PC, the less happy I am with him. He seems redundant.

Dave has suggested replacing him with a somewhat-combat-ready lawyer. Any thoughts?

Because I've been asked one too many times now:

Until about 2 PM tomorrow, I have no idea whether Alex's mother is coming to get him tomorrow. If she calls me, she didn't make it to the plane. If she doesn't, I assume that she did make it to the plane. That's all the information I know.
