I slept in today - didn't get up until 5! Then, for no sufficiently-explained reason, showered in lukewarm water, despite having the heat turned up. Hm. Then discovered that despite the crisply clear sky of last night, it was raining today. At least it wasn't sleet.

And I had excellent spaghetti last night (although the noodles could have stood to not stick together so much; I'll add olive oil to the water next time). The sauce had rather too much meat in it, but I take all the responsibility for that, since I'd decided to cook all of the two pounds of meat we'd bought, thinking that that would be just right for two jars of sauce and a cup of wine. Silly me. The sauce came out rather like beanless chili in texture (if not flavor), but all in all, it was really tasty.

I have an appointment with Dr. Debow this afternoon; I've been steadily decreasing my dosage of Lexapro, since I started thinking that I was doing okay without it, and I'm of the opinion that I was right. I'd like everybody else's opinion, though, since I'm not exactly an objective observer.
