Well.

It turns out that Santa Clara County is in the right in requiring about $4,000 in back payments from me. However:

1. If you want payment from me, then please provide an address to which I can send payments.
   
2. If you do not want me to send payments because you are supposed to be garnishing my paycheck, then you cannot in good faith claim that my payments are overdue when you have been failing to garnish my paycheck.

I'm so tired of this. I'm so tired of dealing with Santa Clara County. I just want them to start garnishing my paycheck and get it the hell over with, because I'm just not interested in having this much stress in my life anymore.
