Jan. 23rd, 2003 08:07 amU.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld dismissed French and German opposition to war with Iraq, saying that the two countries represent "old Europe" and that NATO's expansion means "the center of gravity is shifting to the east."
To anybody who reads this and lives outside the U.S.: I'm sorry. I'm truly sorry. This is not the face we wanted to put on.
