If a Person wanted to make an In Nomine Lite adventure and make it available as a Free Download over the Internet, would that Person be able to include the In Nomine Lite rules as presented in The Sorcerer's Impediments in the adventure?
I suspect that the answer is No but I figure I ought to ask.
If a Person wanted to make an In Nomine Lite adventure, and included the rules needed (as presented in IN Lite) and talked to the Line Editor (who would then go talk to the Managing Editor), it is entirely possible that the Adventure could wind up being a Free Download over the Internet by way of e23.
The Line Editor could also ask the Managing Editor about the other Inclusion, and at Last Resort, a Link to The Sorcerer's Impediments could be Included, so that those Rules could be found, as TSI is also Free, after all.
The matter is Complicated beacause the Adventure in question draws heavily on the Intellectual Property of Other People and thus is not suited for inclusion in either e23 or Pyramid. Thus distributing Free over the Internet.
If the Line Editor would not mind asking the Managing Editor about the Inclusion, the Person would be highly Appreciative. :>
The Line Editor most Certainly can Inquire of the Managing Editor, and Has done so. (However, the Missive in Question is marked "Low Priority," so one expects that Nothing will be Heard until after the Holidays.)
Out of curiosity, did you ever hear back about this? The Adventure has been back-burnered pending school and figuring out how much free time I'm going to have, but I'd still like to know the answer, for reference. ^_^

(With Luck, the Person will be able to Work on the Project this Weekend, despite the Interference of the Person's Family...)
