Weird gravity

I think this lack of sleep is affecting me; I suppose my sense of balance is off, although the effect is to make me feel like gravity is actually pulling me gently forward and a little to the left. This is making for a dizzy EDG.

Not to worry you, but I think you might want to get your ears looked at. That sort of thing tends to happen when something's screwy with your internal gyroscopes, which is located somewhere near the middle ear.

One time I was walking around downtown with a friend of mine, and suddenly veered off to the left and almost walked into the wall. After that, the world didn't stop spinning, and I was always getting pulled off to the left whenever I moved, like you said here. Once we managed to get home, it turned out I had a middle ear infection that had messed with my gyros...

Actually, this happens fairly predictably when I get less than about 4 hours of sleep. I get sleepy, then dizzy, then my sense of gravity shifts, then I start dozing off. ;)
