Never, ever, ever, ever use Typepad's interface to compose weblog posts ever again. Use a program where if you hit Command-Left instead of Function-Left (in other words, "go back in the browser's history" rather than "go to the beginning of the current line of text"), you don't lose your entire post. Preferably use a program with configurable autosave.

One missed keystroke.

One missed keystroke, and I lost two thousand words.

*sigh*

I hope the two thousand words had nothing to do with NaNoWriMo!
