If anyone's curious, I've posted a colored and shaded version of my earlier Batgirl sketch here. I'm clearly not even as good at coloring or shading as I am at drawing. ;)

I think you should call it the Batgirl de Milo

I think you'd get a slightly better effect if you did a sort of "jaggies" off the ends -- a www kind of pattern, only less regular -- or some other blend effect, instead of chopping the color off at the "edges."

Other than that, the shading and coloring isn't making me scoff and natter about being able to do better, so hey!

Like so? (http://pics.livejournal.com/edg/pic/00036fp6)

(I tried for a "mist" effect; I'm not sure if I was entirely successful.)

Mmmmmmm... Collar bone. *cough* sorry, That and the back are the two best parts of the body (personal opinion) I'm glad you included it.

and the only other comment? I love that her boobs don't hinder her symbol. It gives me faith that my boobs are not a hindrance either. Chris, you are giving faith to all women like me (which is just me but damn if it doesn't sound better the other way....).

The room misses you, Chris.

That's really good, but I like the original ink sketch too. I've been attempting to draw Batgirl since I saw this on your journal, but I've come up with nothing good enough to post yet.
